AuthenticTranslations.com is a commercial-free service intended to offer and support the translating of Arabic religious material relating to the orthodox interpretation of Islaam. This site is focused towards English-only speakers who'd like some resources on a few topics in Islaam translated from reliable and authentic sources. We try to focus on material that may be hard to come by for the English-speaker or material that has never been translated before.

As such, AuthenticTranslations.com presents itself as a representation of the Islaamic creed and methodology known by various names, among them: (the creed and methodology of) Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa’ah, As-Salaf As-Saalih, As-Salafiyyah, or simply “Muslims”.

This site in no way represents all aspects of the Islaamic religion. It's neither intended to defend nor debate every possible Islaamic perspective; we don't have the capability or the willingness to engage in this.

Having been established recently in 2007, a primary goal of AuthenticTranslations.com is also to present an unbiased interpretation of Islaamic rulings pertaining to one of the greatest threats to Islaam and the world today, Islamo-Fascism and terrorism. For this, an entire resource has been dedicated to the translation of Arabic material citing unaltered, unapologetic, yet orthodox Islaamic perspectives of atrocities like those characterized today as “Islamic terrorism,” often by ignorant or less-than-sincere parties.

In attempting to achieve our objectives, we realize the following consequences may also result:

  • In clarifying our interpretation of some Islaamic rulings (specifically those against Islamo-Fascist terrorism), we realize this may involve criticizing certain movements, organizations, or individuals.

  • We realize as well that mistakes in translations, interpretations, or otherwise may result. In such cases, we ask for any concerned feedback.

  • While every effort will be made to identify the integrity and accuracy of the original Arabic materials we select, it's possible that we post translated material that we later discover is unreliable or inconsistent with our goals. In such cases, translations may be removed.

In short, you the readers, should try and determine how valid our representations are of the goals stated here. We welcome any sincere, constructive feedback. We also welcome any translation recommendations.
